We want to ensure that your plant arrives in the best of conditions. Due to severe weather conditions in several states, we are holding certain shipments until temperatures increase to keep your plants safe from extreme cold. How long will it take for my order to arrive? FAQs arrowFAQs arrow

Orders placed via Standard shipping will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be in transit for 1-5 days. Orders placed via Expedited shipping will be processed within 1-2 business days and will be in transit for 1-5 days. Please note that these timelines do not apply to certain products where the estimated ship date is noted on the product page. Can I change the shipping address on my order? FAQs arrowFAQs arrow

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse moves quickly and changes to your order can only be made up to 2 hours after the time the order was placed. Once an order has shipped we cannot, under any circumstance, change the shipping address or redirect the package. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements in cases where the package was shipped to the wrong address.

If your item was shipped via UPS, you can change your delivery address or update your delivery instructions by signing up for UPS MyChoice. If your item was shipped via USPS, you may be able to intercept the package and have it redirected. Find out more here. Please note that we cannot make these changes on your behalf.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed. After that, we are not able to accommodate changes to the plant(s) or pot(s) you ordered. We are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders after they have shipped.

Just log in and go to My Account. You can check the status of your order under Order Tracking. If you still have a question, you can always reach out to us at help@anselandivy.com.

Where is my package? FAQs arrowFAQs arrow

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Ansel & Ivy. Just click on 'Track Package' to find out exactly where your package is. Please know that all of our plants ship in separate boxes. This includes plants that are part of Collections and Gift Sets.

If I order more than one plant, will they ship separately? FAQs arrowFAQs arrow

Yes, each individual plant ships separately. Plants that are part of the same order may ship out on different days and may also be delivered on different days. You will receive individual tracking information for each plant in your order.

How much does shipping cost? FAQs arrowFAQs arrow

All orders $100 and over ship for free. Standard shipping is just $8.99 for orders under $100. If you need it sooner, we offer 1-3 day expedited shipping for $24.99.

We ship to all 48 states in the contiguous U.S. (sorry, Hawaii and Alaska).
